The rooms here have their own bathrooms, and the customer service is great.

We needed a place for one night, everything was perfect. We had a guest room, which was neat and huge.

Stayed here for short stay and can recommend it. I appreciated this absolutely great hotel, especially airy rooms and good location. I ate at a good restaurant with very delicious local dishes.

The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with both a shower and bath sheets, plus a comfy bed and free Wi-Fi, and it had a peaceful atmosphere.

The staff and owner were wonderful and my room was spacious and tidy, with a unique DIY bathroom and a terrace.

I had a really lovely stay in this great hotel. The staff were attentive and the location was lovely in Faro's city centre. The breakfast had a variety of selections, and the food was local. In general, the service was good. Plus, their wifi was good.

This place has an amazing location, it's close to restaurants and bars, and Madalena is a great spot to relax nearby.

This place is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Carmo Church, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars with a wide variety of food options.

The staff at The Pocket Pillow House were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. The service was superb. The location is great and lovely, and you can easily visit Carmo Church on foot. There are small markets and a market around the hotel.

Friendly crew, central location, clean premises, well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms.

The staff was really helpful and the location close to local transport was fantastic. The guest room was huge, with a nice bathroom and patio. The atmosphere was quiet and the service was good. The food was local and I have nothing but lovely memories from this trip.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance of the bus station, making it easy to travel around. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. Even with the fan provided, the rooms remain comfortable. The breakfast provided is a nice touch, ensuring guests start their day off right.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to plenty of amenities and attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, making our Thanksgiving extra special. We appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a comfortable and cozy ambiance, which made us feel right at home.

We found our room to be quite dirty, with the floors and bathroom needing some serious deep cleaning. the room lacked some basic amenities that we expect from a hotel room.
